As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your order is in our system and that we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item is on backorder or out of stock, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery on the delivery slip. If your item(s) does arrive damaged, please sendphotos firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 3 days after delivery and we will process a claim on your behalf.If damages are not noted on delivery slip, you may not be eligible for an insurance claim and may be responsible for cost of replacement parts or returns.
An order may be cancelled at no charge for any reason within 24 hours. To cancel an order within the 24 hour period send emailto email@example.com. Please include name, contact information and order number. You will receive a confirmation email informing you if the request is approved. After the 24 hour period, we will place the order and cannot accept cancellations after this time.
An order may be returned within 7 days of receiving an item for a refund. However, the return order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and you (customer) will be responsible for restocking and all shipping fees (roundtrip). These costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund due to you. All items must be in original condition and packaging with original invoice. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. NO REFUNDS or RETURNS will be accepted without a return authorization number. Refunds will only be issued to credit card on file.
