Returns & Refunds (Exclusions Apply to some Brands -See Below)
An order may be returned within 7 days of receiving an item for a refund. However, the return order will be subject to a 30 % restocking fee and you (customer) will be responsible for restocking and all shipping fees (roundtrip). These costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund due to you. All items must be in original condition and packaging with original invoice. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. Items MUST be in it’s original packaging and original condition. We will credit or refund back after we received the items back to our facility undamaged. We encourage that you insure your return shipment back to us. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. To request a refund authorization, send an email to email@example.com. Include name, contact information, order number and reason for return. NO REFUNDS or RETURNS will be accepted without a return authorization number. Refunds will only be issued to credit card on file.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery on the delivery slip. If your item(s) does arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 3 days after delivery and we will process a claim on your behalf. If damages are not noted on delivery slip, you may not be eligible for an insurance claim and may be responsible for cost of replacement parts or returns. Contact us at 1.833.279.0001.
An order may be cancelled at no charge for any reason within 24 hours. To cancel an order within the 24 hour period send email to email@example.com. Please include name, contact information and order number. You will receive a confirmation email informing you if the request is approved. After the 24 hour period, we will place the order and cannot accept cancellations after this time.
Pre-Orders/Back Orders Cancellation Policy
It is not possible to cancel pre-orders or backorder purchases once the order has been placed with a manufacturer (usually within 24 hours). We strive to provide accurate lead time information based on the information we receive from our manufacturer. However, these estimates are subject to change and we will not be held responsible for arrival delays.
Our goal is to provide our customers with the most accurate dimensions, measurements, and colors. However at times these measurements may not be accurate if the manufacturer changes them without notice. In addition we also strive to represent our product images as accurately as possible but due to lighting or other circumstances actual items may look different than the pictures. Velvet Headboards and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any differences. Please contact us for any questions you may have before you purchase.

Given that all orders are custom we do not accept returns or cancellations. All orders are final.

Skyline Furniture MFG offers a one year limited warranty covering manufacturer’s defects. Skyline Furniture MFG warranty does not cover the fabric.
